A wonderfully smooth, clean contemporary gin, with a citrusy nose and juniper-forward flavour, which give way to a depth of flavour from the gin's signature botanicals - locally foraged dandelion and burdock root. Liquorice and almond give this gin a creamy finish, with a subtle hint of sweetness.
